Relatives Fear Former Elkhart Woman Became Victim of J. Hoch.Did Justina Loeffler, a German girl who lived here two years prior to her going to Chicago in 1901, become one of the victims of the uxorcide, Jo-hann Hoch?That is the question that is giving her Elkhart relatives and friends much concern and has caused her cousin, Jacob Hoeckele, to ask the local police .to make inquiries of the Chicago department.
