Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Weitkamp of Stendal will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary Jan. l. Friends and relatives will be welcomed at an open house reception given by their children from 2 until 4 p.m. at the Zoar United Methodist Church.Mr. Weitkamp and the former Hilda Sollman were married Dec. 30, 1937, in the Holland Methodist Church parsonage, with Rev. Ackerman officiating. They were attended by Clara (Sollman) Prior, sister of Mrs. Weitkamp, and Albert Prior.The couple has farmed for thepast 40 years.They have four sons, Charles ofSelvin, Richard of Winslow, Keith of Stendal and Paul Ray, who died in infancy, and three daughters, Margaret Hagemeyer of Stendal, Kathleen McGregor of Winslow and Anna Mae, who died as a child.
