Aaron G. and Jennie Norris of 518 Bowen St. will celebrate their 52nd wedding anniversary Saturday, when they will be at home to receive their family and friends. They were married Jan. 1, 1925, in Oak Hill, Jackson County. They are the parents of nine children: Mrs. Desmer (Imogene) Bownes of 504 E. Bowen St.; Mrs. Wendell (Thelma) Phillips, Ohio 328; Mrs. Delores Leffler of Nelsonville; Mrs. David (Virginia) Mingus of Rockbridge Rt. 1; Mrs. Charles (Karen) Thornton of Rockbridge Rt. 1; Mrs. Jerry (Elaine) Hart of Mid dleport, Stanley of Gore, Terry of Green Two, and Franklin of Dicken Addition. Mr. and Mrs. Norris also have 34 grandchildren and 23 _ great grandchildren.
