The couple was presented with $25 and other gifts from their children.Guest's from a distance were Mrs. Harry Bauer Sr. and son Richard, 775 E. Front St., who returned home from San Diego Bee. 23; Alvin English, La Crosse, -who hadn’t seen his parents in five years; Mrs. Tennie Swanson, Minneapolis, who hadn't seen them in 10 years, and Arlo English who hadn’t seen them in more than 12 years. It was the first time in 11*6 years that Mrs. Bauer hod seen her parents.Mr. and Mrs. English moved to California 12 years ago.
