BalabazerFrank “Skinny” Balabazer. 79, of 635 4th Ave., Ford City, died Tuesday at Armstrong County MemorialHosptial.He was born July 23, 1907 in Ford City, to Frank and Julia (Gruber) Balabazer.He was retired from PPG Industries in Ford City.He was a World War II Army veteran, serving at Pearl Harbor at the time of the bombing in 1941.He belonged to St. Francis PaolaChurch of Ford City.He is survived by his wife, Josephine (Trop) Balabazer of Ford City; three brothers, Syril “Zeke” Balabazer of Ford City, Joseph Nicoda of Ford City, Lewis Nicoda of Ford City; two sisters, Mrs. William (Helen) Lloyd of Pittsburgh.
