Graham for Bloomington’s next postmaster was confirmed by the United | States Senate yesterday afternoon.Telegrams were received last night from Senator Harry New and Congressman Bland extending congratulations.Mr. Graham will arrange his bond j and will succeed Postmaster Oscar H. Cravens on January 1st. Mr. Graham was recommended by Congressman jOscar Bland to President Harding, i»the President passed the nomination on to the Senate and the Senate took the final step in confirmation.MEMORIAL FUNDSGET $1,000 .PLEDGEFROM KAHN CO.A contribution of $1,000 to the Indiana University Million Dollar Memorial Fund has been made by the Kahn Clothing Company of this city. Director William A. Alexander, director of the fund, received the fol- • lowing letter from the Kahn company:“Being extremely interested in the success of this most worthy drive, we take great pleasure in making our contribution of $1,000.
