LEADER-TIMES, KITTANNING, PA. — MONDAY, DEC. 21, 1959CHRISTAS WISHES are explained toSanta Claus by Charlotte Ann Samosky, left, and Gerald James Samosky at the— Christmas treat Saturday afternoon staged^ by the Ford City Pottery Workers Union at the Glassworkers Union Building. TheCHILDREN gathered around Santa Clausand his brownies Saturday afternoon at the Glassworkers Union Hall where the Kit-tanning-Ford City Junior Woman's Club members entertained at a Christmas party for the youngsters. Assisting Santa wererecent Girls-of-the*Month, Miss Janet Virostek of Ford City, left, and Miss Sonja Roncher of Kittanning, dressed as brownies. The children played games and enjoyed treats, refreshments and gifts.children were among the approximately 1,000 youngsters who visited the union building and Santa Claus for their annual treat. Members of the union’s executive committee assisted with the treat distribution.
