FRANCIS JOSEPH LEJAFrancis Joseph Leja, age 66, of 69 N. Ayer Street, passed away suddenly in the Harvard Hospital at 9 p.m. Sunday.He was born in Chicago December 2, 1908, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Leja. He married Viola Sorensen in Harvard on June 22, 1952. Mr. Leja was a retired Jerry Powers employee having worked there for 22 years.He was a member of the Capron American Legion, Harvard Veteran’s of Foreign Wars and the Loyal Order of MooseMr. Leja is survived by his wife, Viola, one brother, Mitchell of Capron, and one nephew Dennis Leja of Rockford.Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Saunders and Hoffman Funeral JSome with Rev. Leon •DeGarmo officiating. Burial will be in Mount Auburn Cemetery.Friends called, after 7 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral* home.
