For an outside covering heavy tar paper provides another protection. Sufficient light and ventilation are provided by windows. The bathhouse is centrally located so as to be easily accessible to each barracks. Hot and cold running water are available, and a large storage tank furnishes an adequate supply of water for bathing. Shower equipment has been installed. Yet another building houses the latrinewhich furnishes all sanitary needs.Situated on high ground, the camp she has good natural drainage. Some grading activities will bo carried on to level the camp grounds. County trucks have already hauled slag and placed it on roads traversing various parts of the camp, and these wlU be improved from time to time.Much of the supplies for the camp, including foodstuffs will be purchased locally.
