VIRGINIA OBITUARYMR*. MARGARET A. RAMSEY.[Special Dispatch to the Baltimore Sun.l Lexington, Vs., Dec. 13.—Mrs. Margaret A. Ramsey died at the home of her sister, Mtss Isabella P. Plunkett, In Lexington, after a long illness. Mrs. Ramsey is the third slater to die within a year and ona other died leas than two years ago. Her hua-hand. Mr. Simon. Ramsey, for many years deputy clerk of the Circuit Court of Rockbridge, died in 1888. Her slater and a eon, Mr. James W. Ramsey, of Lynchburg, survive.JOSEPH CLOWSER.[Special Diepatch to the Baltimore Sun.]Winchester, Vs., Doc. 18.—Mr. Joseph Clowaer, one of the best-known farmers of Frederick county, died at his home this morning after a lingering Illness of dropsy, aged 64 years. He is survived by a widow and six children.
