GEORGE RUSSELL BEDELL,of Punxsutawney. passed awayFriday, Dec. 11, 1964. In AdrianHospital, Punxsutawney.Born August 19, 1891 in Punx-sufawney. he was a son of Orriaand Minnie Gourley Bedell.First married to Elva Vanhorrl who preceded him in death, he later married Elizabeth McCor* mick Whitaker who survives.He was a member of the Martin Luther Church, Punxsutawney and was a retired B 0 Railroad conductor.In addition to his wife mentioned above, he is also survivedby four daughters and five sons.Friends will be received at tha Pifer’s Funeral Home, Punxsutawney, after 7 p.m. this evening.Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
