ObituariesROBERT S. WOLFEMay 1925 - November 2005 Bob died at home and is survived by his wife Georgene Wolfe and three sons, Ricky, Scott, and Robert Jr. Wolfe. Craig predeceased his father in October He is also survived by a brother Joe, four nephews, Roger, Roy, John and Greg Woue and his other brother Bill, passed in November 2003 Bod graduated from Tustin Union High School, class of 43. After graduation, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy and became an expert me ehanic working on snips and aircraft He was assigned to the U.S.S. Onslow in the Pacif ic Theater, flew aboard a TBM avenger as a gunner and he was an honored alum ni of the fighting Red Griffins. Bob loved to joke and pull pranks He liked anything with an engine and he spent a lot of his time keeping up with sports, politics, family and friends. He really enjoyed writing and receiving letters, sending dippings and discussing the latest news He also liked to talk about his WWII experience, especially being one of the first ships to cruise into San Diego Harbor after the war Unde Bob was a great guy and he will be missed by all..
