MR. AND MRS. MYRON BERT HOLLAND observed their golden wedding anniversary at a reception given for them Saturday, November 23 by their children at the Ballard IOOF Hall. About 150 relatives and old friends greeted the couple who were married in Seattle on November 22,1913.Myron Bert Holland was bom in Leadville, Colorado in 1894 and his wife, Ida Clara was born in 1898 at Lake Tapps and has been a resident of the Seattle area her entire life. Before moving to 15104 Hiway 99 fourand one-half years ago where they manage the Jones Fantastic Museum, the Hollands lived in Bothell for 15 years. The Hollands have also been operating the Jones Fantastic Show in the Seattle Center Food Circus. He is a retired truck driver and maintenance man.Their children are Mrs. Annette Maygard, Delbert E. Holland and Alfred J. Holland, all of Seattle, and Mrs. Dorothy Lee Jones of Woodinville. TheHollands have four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.We wish this interesting and active couple many more years of happy married life together.
