Mr. and Mrs. John W. PeelMr. And Mrs. PeelMr. and Mrs. John W. Peel, Barnes-boro KD 2, observed their 50th wedding anniversary with a renewal of marriage vows at the Good ridge Church. The Rev. Thomas Repine, pastor, officiated.The event was celebrated with a dinner and reception at the UMWA Hall for the family from 2 to 4 p.m. and anopen house from 4 to 8 p.m. with adance. Music was provided by Ramond Trout and Orchestra.Mr. Peel and the former Lucy E. Keith were married November 17, 1925 at the home of Pastor White in Garina nt own.Mr. Peel retired in 1969 after 29 year; with Pennsylvania Coal and Coke Corp. and 19 years with Bethlehem Stee Corp., at the wheel plant.The Peels are the parents of four chil dren: Charles, Cherry Tree RD 2; Mrs John (Dorothy) Frank, Eastlake, Ohio Mrs. Billy (Leona) Swiney, Euclid Ohio; and Frank, Eastlake, Ohio.There are eight grandchildren and sh great-grandchildren to complete the family circle.(Photo by Peel)
