Also decorating the church were orchid and white satin bows which were placed on every other pew of the church. M'iss Jan Watts served as organist with Mrs. Elmer Johnson singing “A Time for Us , “Ave Maria” and “On This Day.”Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a floor length gown of white organza fashion ed in an empire style with bands of Belgium lace trimming the front of the gown and also the panel in the back which formed a modified train. Lace trim around the neck and long sleeves matched the trim on her Camelot veil.She wore a diamond pendant, a gift from the groom, and carried a bouquet of sweetheart roses.Miss Duane Becker was maid of honor. Miss Sue Crittenden and Mrs. Jesse Hackworth were bridesmaids.They wore identical gowns of deep purple satin fashionedafter the brides gown with matching shoes.
