This motion was unanimously carried.The following were placed upon the committee- Messrs. K. \V. Krkcrt, K. W. Met 'aughcy, h. C. lt;’ole, Ik A. Jones, and A. T. Skinner.With tliis, the gentlemen adjourned for the evening, each one enthused over the unanimity of opinion.On Tuesday evening the special committee met, a)! members being present. Mr. K. W. Kckort was made chairman. It was the belief that the organization, to be permanent, should be incorporated under the laws of Ohio, and the talk in great part, was upon the composition of thc charter. A nmdest beginning wiil he made, but ultimately it is hoped that a grand building will be erected which will reflect the liberality and in teiligenco of the people of this ciiy.It is to he hoped that when the subscription paper is started the result will warrant the building, if not. of a large block, of a wing to which additions can he made. Asa prominent manufacturer said, if a home for the hooks is made, however large, there need be no fearlint that the hooks will be fori booming.
