National Honor Society Names42 Local StudentsThe names of the 42 students at Logansport High School whowill be inducted into the National Honor Society at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the school cafeteria, were announced Monday morning.New members were chosen by administrative personnel and department heads, with Arthur Pruitt as head of the committee. The selection was m3de on the basis of character, service, leadership and scholarship.Those who will be inducted Thursday are Rebecca Appleton, Sherida'BeBee, Kathleen Bigler, Robert Brower. June Cable, Connie Coppock, Barbara Corso, William Crispen, Pamela Dane-ly, Janet Drake.Merrill Sue Ellis, Catharine Farmer, Marilyn Fettig, Kathleen Flory, James Harrington, Mary Harrington, Barbara Hel-vey, Debra Hitchens, Timothy Hoover, Bruce Jones,Kathleen Jones, John Kniesly, Carla Knight, Richard Lucy,Pamela Miller, Jeff Nicoles, De-loris Odom, Linda Powell, Debra Pitman, Thomas Pursch.Kathy Quisenberry, Peggy Roach, Cathy Robinson, Carol Shepard. Deborah Simmons, Brenda Simons, Cindy Stamper, Tom Thrall, Carol Vaughan, Barbara Vitello, Patncia Watkins and Candace Wood.There are IB present members of the organization who were inducted last year. They are Carl Burns, David Carlson, Linda Cole, Diana Crump, Gary Delaplane, Donald Densbom, Diane Druck, David Foster, Claudia Gerni, Annette Gill, Bonnie Gotshall, James Grotel-ueschen, Patricia Hoover, Larry Julian, Mary McClure, Jeannette Rozzi, William Sellers and Susanne Sydow.Parents of inductees will be notified of the formal initiation ceremony and all parents of Society members and friends are invited to attend.
