Mrc. Hortn Names Hazef Hastings as CoA divorce case o£ a scusatioual nature was begun in the circuit court tliis afternoon by Nellie AL Horton of Tekonsha, against Ilazen A. Horton, proprietor of the'matrimonial agency. The couple were married in that pillage’on Christmas day, 1SS4, by Rev. D. C. Berry and separated Aug, 7, 1915. They have three daughters, Pearl E. McDonald, age 2S. She got a dtvprce last week from her husband, Charles McDonald on a charge of extreme cruelty. The other (laughters are Mabel C. Van Orman, age 20 and Lois E, Horton, age 14. Stewart Jacobs of Battle Creek are attorneys for Mrs. Horton and her bill of complaint covers, several typewritten pages.Mrs. Horton recites that her .bus-Iband conducts the mail order business and sets up that about eleven years ago he engaged Hazel Hastings1 to act as bis stenographer and’Tor the past six years he has shown her special attention. She sets-up that he j has spent much of his time in her1 company, much more than is required in .business much more than the, sanction of good society would permit.
