Harvey Atkinson, present incumbent, will not be a candidate because he is not eligible to succeed himself, a new law making it illegal for the hoard to appoint any one related to one of its members. Atkinson is a cousin of Riley Gad-bury, president ot tlie board. Atkinson has served efficiently for two years and a half.
