Richard Grubbs, Raymond Curtis and James Griffin.Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a formal wedding gown of imported English net appliqued with alencon lace and designed with a chapel train. %She wore a mantilla of bridal illusion and carried a bouquet of miniature carnations.Following a reception at thechurch, the couple departed on a wedding trip to New Orleans.The bride is a graduate ofTexas Technological College with a bachelor of science degree in zoology. She is a member of Phi Mu sorority, Beta Beta Beta and Sigma Delta Pi. The bridegroomreceived a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from Texas Tech, where he was a member of Kappa Kappa Psi, Tau Beta Pi Pi Kappa Phi and the American Society of ChemicalEngineers. He is employed as an engineer with Shell Oil Co.West-HSan Jacinto Baptist Church wa* the setting for the Friday evening wedding of Miss Shirley Joan West and Larry Wayne Hsrgus, son of Mr. and Mrs. Elza L.
