Dr. Leonard Sanderson officiated.Dr, and Mrs. Sanderson reside at 924 East Mitchell, Arlington and the groom's parents are Mr, and Mrs. L, M, York, Sr., of 641 SE 12th Street, Grand Prairie,A green and white color scheme was used in altar decorations, featuring baskets of white giadiolas in a setting of stately palms.Wedding music was provided by Miss Martha Walters, of Ackerman, Mississippi, organist and Olen Massey, of Grand Prairie, soloist.Escortto the altar by her uncle. Brook Sanderson, of Jackson, Tennessee, the bride wore an original gown of pure silk tulle delicately embroidered in bridal flowers.The molded bodice was designed with a Sabrina neckline edged in scallops of embroidery. Long sleeves tapered to petal points above the wrists. The exquisite skirt of embroidered tulle featured a deep ruffle at the hemline and fell into cascading ruffles at the back, each embroidered in flowers to form a sweeping chapel train.The fingertip veil of illusion fell from -a tiara of seed pearls inlooped design set of irri-descent sequins.Her bouquet was of lilies of the valley encircling a whiteorchid.The bride chose as her maid of honor her sister, Miss Theda Sanderson, of.
