Mr. Smith imposed a fine of $25 and costs, amounting to $41.50, on the gambling charge, and bound Casto over to the ( circuit court under a five hundred dollar bond to answer the charge of having liquor illegally on his premises. He paid the fine and gave bond for his appearance.{
