The world’s first airlines stewardess, Mrs. Ellen; Church Marshall, 60, died Friday from , injuries- sustained in a horseback riding accident:Mrs. Marshall, wife of a Terre Haute banker, originated the idea of airline hostesses and served on the first flight 35 years ago. The plane w.as a Boeing 80A, a three-engine craft that carried 11 passengers at a s p e e d of 120 m.p.h.
