*Arcadia CoupleEntertains For30th AnniversaryaIySpiwit Ml Idor W i:1ilArcadia—Mr. and Mrs. Joe Lampe presided at a 0 o’clock dinner Friday evening at their home one mile east of Arcadia in honor of their thirtieth wedding anniversary. The huge pink and white wedding cake, topped with a miniature bride and groom, which centered the table, had been made by Mrs, Clarence Lampe and decorated by Mrs. Edward Lampman.Covers were laid for Mr. and!1^1, Mrs. Dan W'iehn and son, John, ^ ,u and l,eo Lampman, of Elgin, Neb.,Mr. and Mrs. Tony Lappe, Mr. and Mrs. Hen Lampe, daughter, Ethel, and sons, Leonard and Gene, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Lampe, Mr. and Mrs. Francis McGregor and Mr. and Mrs. Dosey of Bancroft, Mr. and Mrs. John Lampe, daughters, Cecelia, Rose and Julia, and son. Fred, of Templeton, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Lampman and daughters,Jo Ann and Bernice, of West Side, Leonard Wiehn of Arcadia, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Lampe, daughters. Isabelle and Dorothy, and sons, Herman, Albert, Joseph and Marvin, and Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Lampe and sons, Clifford and La-Roy.After dinner Mr. and Mrs.ItigToispefailMofanresStr p i e far Ha SHLampe were hosts to their many j friends and relatives at a free dance in the Arcadia Verein Hall.Music was furnished by the Harmony Boys Orchestra.Mr. and Mrs. Lampe were married in Nebraska on Aug. 2fi, 1908. Shortly after their marriage they came to Arcadia and established their home on the Lampe homestead, which has since been their home.] During those past thirty years they have made many improvements on their farm. A major improvement was the erection of a new modern dwelling to replace the old home.The couple are the parents, of seven children: Clarence, who is married attcl lives on an adjoining farm, Herman, Albert, Joseph, Marvin, Isabelle and Dorothy, all at home.
