Rev. Adolph C. Buenger Joins Father at Friedens1 ^ TT l • i . . ^as assistant at the oldest church in Kenosha is his son, the Rev. Adolph C. Buenger. The young pastorwas installed as assistant of Friedens Evangelical Lutheran church in a ceremony at which his father officiated recently.The Rev. Adolph C. Buenger is now established in the house adjoin- the main parsonage, where hisin _ _father resides. With him are his wife, the former Avis Stroede of Milwaukee, and three daughters, two of them twins.Mr. Buenger was a graduate from the Friedens Lutheranschool here in Kenosha, and thenwent to Northwestern college atWatertown, receiving his B. A. degree in 1933. He trained for the ministry at Lutheran Theological seminary at Thiensville, Wis., and was graduated in 1936.For the last ten years Mr. Buenger has been in charge of St. John’s Lutheran church at Milwaukee. The first parish affair with which he will assist his father is the celebration of the Friedens ninetieth anniversary on Sunday.
