After several hours of social enjoyment elegant refreshments, consisting of cold meats, salad, pickles, white and brown bread, coffee, pears, bananas, apples, nuts, ice cream, and cake ofevery variety, were served by colored waiters, Anson Scott, Wyatt Smith, Frank Green, and Mary Taylor .on neat folding tables scatted here and there over the house.
