CELERR AT7NG THEIR GOLDEN WEDDING ANNIVERSARY at the Villa Chattier recently were'Mr. and Mrs. Cleve S. Hower of Burlingame. Joining in the fiftieth anniversary dinner party were the Howers' five sons and their wives, the. William h and Ralph F. flowers of San Mateo, , the Kenneth M, arid Walter A- Howerspf Burlingame, and. the John W. Hower* of Belmont.. .The senior. Howers have spent most of their lives on the Pen insula. Mrs. Hower was bom in Martinez and moved .to San Mateo'when she wa» l year old. Her husband, bom in Farii, Ohio, moved to San Mateo in ISOS, Formerly a contractor, on the Peninsula* Mr. Hower is now retired from the state board of ^equalization. '
