NAIL FAMILY REUNIONEighty-Four Present, All But Two oftWhom Were Blood Relation.*, •. Members of the Nail family held their annual reunion, Saturday, at the James Nail place in Jackson township. This well known and popular family have been holding their reunions the last Saturday in August for the past eight years.The meeting this year was one of the best ever held, and the day wasspent in hearing recitations, musical numbers, and by the older ones in pleasant reminiscences- §ighty-four persons were present, and of this large number all were blood relations save two. Truly a remarkable occurrence.When dinner time came, the throng sat down to a table whichgroaned under the good things,♦which were quickly dispatched bySthe jolly crowd.Among those in attendance were: Mrs. Nettie Collett and children, Mr. and Mrs. Elias Whaley, William Davis and family, Mr. and Mrs. David Nail, Mrs. Mary Spurlin, Mrs. Etta Hamilton and sons, Mrs. Vinie Stivers and children, Mr. and Mrs. G. F-King, David Crane and family, Joshua Nail and family, Miss Olive Nail, Roy Nail, Mrs. Viola Carter and children, Mrs. Fena Phillips, Elmer Crane and daughter, Ithamar Drake and family, Mrs. Mary Drake and children, J. Talbert and family, Mrs. Nellie Spurlin and son, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Drake, Edward Nail and family, Mr. and Mrs. James Nail, Claud Whaley and sister, Andrew Pitcher and family, Harry Nail. Mrs- Grace Spurlin and daughter, Mrs. Emma Collett and Children, Harvey Keller, all of Shelby county; Lee A. Wheat, Terre Haute: Mrs. Carter, Falmouth; Mrs. Maggie Hill, Edinburg.
