Mrs. Patricia Rivers of Port Charlotte and Mrs Joan Torsey of Derby, N Y.; a brother, Arthur McNeil of rochester, N Y ; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.Services and burial were held in North Evans, N.Y., and the Port Charlotte chapel of the Kays Ponger Funeral Home was in charge of the local arrangements.JAMES.I.
