Married 50 YearsAn open house vva held last Sunday honoring Mr. and Mrs. D. Z. Zwmnziger on their 50th wedding anniversary. Approximately 150 relative# and Inends called during the afternoon and evening. Mrs. Clarence Beniley served the anniversary cake which represented an open book. Daughters-in-law of the couple presided at the tea table. In addition to other gifts received by the honored pair their 24 grandchildren presented them a corsage and boutonniere and their two great-grandchildren gave baskets of flowers. Present were Mr. and Mrs. Zwanziger’s eight children and their families including: Mr. and Mrs. L. D. Zwanziger and family, L. V. Zwanziger. Mr. and Mrs. Louis Henglefelt and daughter. Mr. and Mrs. George Zwanziger and family. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Zwanziger and family, Mr and Mrs. W. R. Zwanziger and daughters, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Cartner and son, all of Huron; Mr and Mrs. Dean Maroney and family, Cainsville, Mo., and Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Yoder of Osceola. Ia. Mrs. Maroney is a daughter of the couple and Mrs Yoder, a granddaughter. Gerry Bowes, a grandson, of De Smet, was also present. Long Beach, Calif.; Carpenter, De Smet, Iroquois. Cavour. Redflelp, Miller, Virgil and Pierre were the towns represented.from a two week visit in Sioux
