Boylan,f Athis will be the last year thisparticular group can be rehrred without completing require-ments for regular certification. .However, the majority of the19 will have completed work atsummer schools this year, although /the degrees have not been awarded yet. Out of a total of 650 teachers in theTownship system, only 3 perjcent are expected to have anydifficulty completing the requirements.The 19 teachers, for whom emergency certification has been requested are: Alan Black, Angelina Brigiani, Michael Cer-rone, Bernice Deutsch, Arnold Edwards, Roger Flynn, Margaret Hawkins, Dorothy Howard, Lillian Ifcoenig, Marie McLaughlin, Frank Meyer, Charles Miller, Anne Myers, Lois Rai-son, Helen Vincze, RolandeWebb, Sophie Yanowsky, Leona Zak and Hannah Kaye.New teachers appointed at Monday night's meeting were:Joseph T. Hahn at $4,500; Mrs. Margherita Stitz, $4,100; Mrs. Joan Manning, $4,100; Mrs. Joan Bayuk, $4,800; Mrs. Hannah Kaye, $5,700.The following were appointed as 10 -month clerks at an annual salary of $2,400: Mrs. Ruth J.
