The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Sippel of Monee and the bridegroom’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Stephens of Downers Grove.The Rev. Ernest Gander performed the double ring ceremony before an altar decked with ferns, white gladioli and white chrysanthemums. Mrs. John Behrens, organist, played traditional wedding selections and accompanied Alvin K u 1 i e k e, uncle of the bridegroom, whosang “Oh Perfect Love” and “Still As the Night.”Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a gown ofwhite imported embroidered organdy over satin, styled with a fitted bodice, sabrina neckline, short sleeves trimmed with pearls and a skirt worn over a Dior hoop, appointed with a plain organdy cummerbund and large bow in the back.Her fingertip veil of illusionnet was held by a tiara o f
