Wagner, owner of the North Pole Bakery in Fairbanks, received a card from his brother, Max, a baker in Philadelphia—the first correspondence in over 15 years. The Philadelphia Wagner had been attracted by an article in a bakers’ trade magazine which described the modern * shop of Che North Pole Bakery here, and which showed pictures of the shop interior as wrell as several fish and game pictures taken in Alaska.
