i Andrew M. Hupers DiesAfter a ShortIllness.| LIVERMORE. Aug. 23.—Andrew M. Hu-;' pers, on© of the promising young man of Livermore, died yesteruay morning after an Illness of about six. weeks. Young Hupers has been connected with the firm of Anspacher Brothers, as assistant book-keeper for many years. His parents having resided in Livermore since 186S, and it is here the youtng man was born. He was a prominent member of the Native Sons of the Golden West, the Foresters, the Livermore Fire Department, and of Company I, Fifth Regiment, N. G. C., in nearly ail of which he held lt;atn office. Deceased, was a very quiet and unassuming young mart arid had a host of friends.
