Powell Osteen officiating.The bride is the daughter of Gary and Vickie White of New Bern. She is the granddaughter of Bernice Glascoe of Shelby and the late Bill Glascoe, and Doyle White of Bostic and the late Ruth White.The bridegroom is the son of John and Evelyn Tlirner of Winston-Salem.
