Bull—SkinnerThe Bull and Skinner famili-. es united for their 20th annual reunion Aug. 18 at the Liberty township fire, station. Mr. and Mrs. Richard and Donald Ruge hosted 66 members of the families.The yearly event began Aug. 28, 1958, when the descendants of Theodore S. Bull and Stephen L. Skinner held a reunion at the Bull’s home in Washington township. The 52 attend-ing relatives voted to continue the event on the third Sunday of each August thereafter, j This year’s event featured a earry-in dinner and a short business meeting conducted by President Wallace Wohlen-berg. The secretary’s minutes were read by Mrs. Trevor Stalbaum in the absence of Mrs. Leslie Esserman.It was recorded that William Hubbard,. Columbus, Kan., attended from the longest distance. Also recorded were: two marriages, one death and one birth.JNtew officers elected for the coining year include: President ' Robert Esserman, Vice President Harold Lenburg, Treasurer Enttand Curtis, and Secretary Mrs. Walter Esserman.Hosting, the event in .1969 will be Mr. and Mrs. Quentin Gilmore and Mr. and Mrs. Ermund Curtis, again at the fire station.
