Not all communities makean extra effort to warn their residents about the costs ofdriving impaired, but the detective, who lives in Bay View, said she wants her neighbors to be safe.‘‘We may be a small village, but things occur on a smaller level, Prosowski said. “We‘Our department lust wants thepublic to be aware.
