Mrs. Loma Thompson%tFuneral services for Mrs. Loma Thompson, 84, of Pineville, will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in the United Methodist Church with the Rev. Raymond Rowe in charge. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park at Beckley.She died Saturday in a Beckley hospital at 7:40 a.m. following a long illness.Born Feb.,23,1893 at Egeria, she was daughter of the late Rev. John and Mrs. Minerva Foley.Mrs. Thompson was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church of Alexandria Va.She was preceded in death by her husband Lacy and a son Eldon Thompson.Survivors include three sons, Harry E. Thompson of Afton, Va., Burless Thompson of Ghent and Lacy of Midway, two daughters, Mrs. Cliff (Maxine) Giffin of Alexandria Va. and Mrs. Oren (Mildred) McKinney of Pineville, 22 grandchildren and 24 greatgrandchildren.Friends may call from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at the Calfee Funeral Home in Pineville.
