DECLARED INSANE.Thos. Tomaw This Time Committedto Asylum.Thos. Tomaw. sent from this county to the state penitentiary two years ago. for attempting to shoot a neighbor, was released a few weeks since and returned to this county. Tomaw went at once to Lake Byron township, possessed with the idea that he owned a certain farm, the property of J. C. Klemme, and proceeded to acquire possession through the medium of a squatters' right. Complaint was made to the authorities here and Sheriff Kerr drove up and arrested the party, bringing him down to the county jailI'pon examination before the county board of insanity Tomaw was ordered recommitted to the asylum. He is now in the custody of sheriff Kerr awaiting the arrival of an attendant from Yankton.
