FAMILY REUNIONA family reunion was held Sunday in the homo-of Mr and Mrs E. B. Veasey of Westville.Attending were Mrs Emery Farmer and family ot Baron, Mr and Mrs Chester Veazey of Oklahoma City, .Lee Veazey of Althi-mer, Arkansas, William Veazey, who is home from the Navy. Eddie Crater, of Ohio. Tom Yates of Frederick, and Freddie. Tommy and Dorthy Veazey of the home: -canny ability to bring calmness •jut of chaos.Rev and Mrs'G. H Crittendon . and family Spent Friday and Sat- j urday in Rush Springs where | they attended the annual water-| melon festival. Mts , Crittendon ! and children remained for an extended visit with relatives.Mr and Mrs Scott Blackard ! and family visited her sister and family, Mr and Mrs H. M. Bennett Jr., of Sapulpa Sunday. *NTIQN—MZ—But I was wrong. We were out there for dinner last Sunday evening and that is one of the mo-Nt unbelievable transformations I ever hope, to see;. V - JAZ—• As 1 told one of the other guests, no one can appreciate what a change hath been wrought without having seen it in it’s virgin state.—MZ—Truly, my bat is-off to that couple. Even though there must have been timei in the-* past weeks when they wanted to throw up their hands -and call the whole thing off, they fought to the finish.-—MZ—And right- proud they can be, too. for in this undertaking they have proved to themselves, and to their tr ends, what can be accomplished with a little dreaming and a lot of “elbow grease. —MZ—Mrs Hughes.Mr and Mrs Fred Catron. Jr., and daughter returned home last week to Rushville. Kansas. They were visiting in the homes of their parents. Mr and Mrs Fred Catron. Sr.. and Mr and.Mrs Ora Gordon. Catron will leean'lhis year at Atchison, JCansas. rOMr and Mrs Jimmie Butler and children took a pleasure drive to Fayetteville, Siloam Springs and other.points. Sunday.-o— - ‘ X- -Byrl Chambers was out of town Tuesday on business.—:--o ----Mr and Mrs Reeves Steinsiek are Vacationing in California where thev will visit their sons. J. R.. and Mr and.
