\College To Open September 12 With Three-Day ConferenceAdditions to the faculty and staff of Virginia State College were announced recently by Dr. Robert P. Daniel, president, as the College prepared for the opening of its sixty-ninth academic year.The year’s work will get under way September 12, with a three-day faculty conference. New siu-j dents are scheduled to arrive September )5, for a one-iveek period of orientation.The list of persons recently ap-pointed to the staff includes. Dr. Vnyre ,J.
