GEORGE HAUGERS MARRIED 44 YEARSThe children of Mr, end Mrs, George Heuger met at their home Sunday, Aug, 10, to help them cel* ebrate their 44th wedding anniversary. Two large cakes, one for Mom,” and one tor “Dad” were ^highlights of a meal that featured chicken and all the trimmings.—The .afternoon was spent play ing games and taking pictures of different groups, Ice* cream and cake were served late in the afternoon. The honorees received many nice gifts and also ~a 'purse of money.Those present were. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Hite and children and Mfr-4and Mrs. George Hauger and daughter of Ottawa; Mr. and Mrs. Edward Sokol of Streator; Mr. and Mrs. Joe Thompson of Magnolia; Mr. and Mrs. Erancis Peterson of Kewanee; Mr. and Mrs, Luther Hauger and children of Wedron; ^Ir. and Mrs, Murry Hauger, sdn and daughter of Detroit, Mich,; Bob Hauger, who has just returned froin Korea, and Glenn Hauger,. who flew in Saturday evening from Albuquerque. N. M., where he, has been stationed,Mr. and Mrs. Leo Sniilh were pnable to attend.
