Heftys Go to Nebraska to Celebrate AnniversaryMr. and Mrs. Marx Hoesly of Creston, Neb., celebrated their sixtieth wedding anniversary last Monday. Mrs. Hoesly is S. B. Hetty's sister and a number of the relatives in this vicinity went to Creston last Saturday to spend Sunday and attend the open house festivities the following day.Among those from here were: S. B. Hefty and grandson Clarence, Mr. and Mrs. Francis Krause. Mrs. Chester Ogan and daughter Deloria, Mr. and Mrs. John Zimmerman and children, Mr. and Mrs. John Eefti Sr., Mr. and Mrs. John Hefty Jr., Rachel Hefty, Mrs. Alfred Smith and Anna Blesie, H. £. Luchsinger and daughter Velma, Mrs. George Krise and Ruth Figi. Jake Figi, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Hefty and daughters, Betty and Della Jean.Mr. and Mrs. Hoesly were married in Switzerland, S. B. Hefty being present at the wedding. They came to America two years later and resided for a time at the 3. B. Hefty home here, later taking up a homestead in Nebraska.
