They have 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.Reception marks Wolf anniversaryMr. and Mrs. Dave Wolf of 1010 Pennsylvania Ave., will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception hosted by their children at 2 p.m. Sept. 1 at the First Presbyterian Church in Roswell.A short ceremony will be held.Dave Wolf and Ruth Porterwere married Sept. 1; 1940 inRoswell.Wolf owned and operated Dave Wolf Shoes since 1938. The couple is still involved in the business, now owned by their son.Their children include: Don Wolf of Chevy Chase, Md.; Jan Glass of Shreveport, La.; Bill Wolf of Roswell; and MartinWolf of Denver, Colo.They also have nine grandchildren.Friends and relatives are invited to the event, but the couple request no gifts.Family celebrates Grogan anniversaryThe family of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Grogan honored them on their 25th wedding anniversary with a reception July 28, in the Gallery Room of the Roswell Inn.Furnishing music throughout the afternoon were Tommy and Marina Blake of Amarillo, Texas, who sang a selection of love songs, accompanied on the guitar by Blake.Louie Link, 8-year-old great-grandson of the Grogans, sang “Just a Closer Walk With Thee.”‘The Atchison, Topeka and the Santa Fee” was sung by
