Family Festivities jHonor CoupleOn Anniversary jMr. and Mrs. George W. Thompson, 1205 Canal avenue, on Thurs- lt;day were celebrating the occasion of their fortieth wedding anniversary. The Idaho Falls couple were married in Fountain Green, Utah, on August 18, 1909, and moved to Idaho May 11, 1911. They have resided in and around Idaho Falls for the past 38 years, part of this time spent farming on their ranch in Woodville.A family social afternoon, highlighted with a buffet luncheon, was enjoyed by the couple, their 11 children and 22 grandchildren.Out of town guests present for the event included:Mr. and Mrs. Worth A, Empey and family, Lima, Mont.; Mrs. Howard Green and children. Hebcr, Utah; Mrs. Robert Ellis and children, Logan, Utah; Mr. and Mrs. Donald Forebush and family, Ash-] ton and Mrs. C. Ralph Wilts and * children, New York City.
