%•%v.vlt;1951 WINNER—Pictured is the “Buddy Boy,” local shrimp trawler which won first place for the best decorated boat in the 1951 Blessing of the Fleet. Wilson Gooding is skipper of the boat. Gooding’s trawler is expected to be among more than fifty boats which will be competing for this year’s award Sunday afternoon.
