Adrian Ray HallJune 14,1921 — Aug9,2012MIDDLESEX Adrian Ray Hall,91, passed away Thursday. Funeral services will be conducted 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Joyner’s FUneral Home. Interment will follow in Hollywood Cemetery, Middlesex. The Rev. Lloyd Har-gus will officiate. The family willAdrian Ray Hall receive friends 6:30to 9 p.m. Saturday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Pkwy., Wilson, and other times at 11328 BissetteRoad, Middlesex.Mr. Hall was a World War II veteran in the U.S. Army, stationed in Europe. He received the Purple Heart while in Italy. On April 6,2011,he went to the Flight of Honor in Washington*DC. He was married 66 years and was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and great-great-grandfather.Surviving are his wife, Velma Crocker Hall; three daughters, Phyllis Hall of Bailey, Brenda Hall Levinson and husband, Mark, of Wendell, and Joan Hall Joenk and husband, Dave, of Ze-bulon; three sons, Stanley Hall and wife, Brenda, of Middlesex, Steve Hall and wife, Jamie, of Ken-ly, and Tim Hall of New Bern; granddaughters, Gwen Johnson of Bailey, Tami Andrews and husband, Steve, of Wendell, Shannon, Laura, Amanda, Christan, Hannah, Nikki, Dana and Amber; grandsons, Allen, Stephen, Trey, Timothy, Ryan, and Luke; great-granddaughters, Kierstyn, Heather, Emma, Bella, Chloe and Jasmine; great-grandsons, Alton, Austin, Adam, Corey, Cody, Caleb, Alex, Mason, Dallas, Jordan, Keylan, Matthew, Blake, Jordan Hall, and Cameron; great-great-granddaughter, Olivia; a sister, Eleanor Barham of Charleston, S.C.; three sisters-in-law, Ruby Hall of Sims, Sarah Fortesque of Middlesex, and Thelma Hall of Kenly; two brothers-in-law, Floyd Crocker of Middlesex and Junior Watson of Chesapeake, Va.; special nieces and nephews, Lorraine Dixon, Delores Hall Parker, Donnie Hall Jr., Dwight Hall and Sharon Hall.He was preceded in death by his parents,Ivan and Minnie Hall; a son, Alton Hall; a great-granddaughter, Joy Levinson; a sister, Irene Crocker; and brothers, Joe, Ronnie, Donnie, and Roy Hall.Condolences may be directed to www.joyners.net. id
