Third St., observed their golden wedding anniversary Sunday, Aug. 2, at their home, when members of the family were present for the occasion.The couple was married Aug. 4, 1909 in Galesburg. They are the parents of eight children, Mrs. Jean Conner (Evelyn), Denver, Colo., Mrs. Robert Edoff (Merle), Mrs. Corwin Clatt (Dorothy) and Dale, all of Peoria;Mrs. Bud Krcmer (Rose Marie) Lisle, Richard, Mrs. Lowell Yales (Betty) and Mrs. Edward Goddard (Delores) all of Galesburg. There are 16 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.Mr. and Mrs. Dixon received gifts cards and flowers.
