r,Unique Birthday Party At Guy Homes.llilISis:sns.f*•i.s.A unique birthday party was given last evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. B. M. Guy, when Mr. Guy and his four year old grandson celebrated their birthday an-t I niversaries. Sharing honors with ;r Mr. Guy. sr., and little Jackie, r, were A. R. Cook of Mabscott, and is James Mahood, who were also celebrating their birthday anniversaries.Summer garden flowers were used in decorating the Guy home and the dinner table, appointed for a six o’clock dinner was attractive with snowy linens, silver and crystal. A four tier birthday cake graced the center of the board, each tier bearing lighted tapers marking the years of one of the honor guests, the top tier and smallest bearing the four candles for Jackie.Sharing this delightful celebration were the following from out of town: T. Bouldin and son and daughter, Wood and Miss Louise, Mrs. Ruby Bouldin and son, Jack, jr., and Ben Whitlow, of Martinsville, Va.; Mr. and Mrs. James Mahood, and children, Betty Jo and Jimmy, Mr. and Mrs. A. R. Cook, and sons, Glenn and Rey-burn, Mr. and Mrs. John Sicora and daughter, Shirley Ann, Mrs. Daisy Ferguson, Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Guy of Riley; Mr. and Mrs. Herman Warden of Warden; Mr. and Mrs. James Marvin Steppe, Mrs. Bessell Porter, Miss Norma Hodson, Mrs. James L. Pack of Logan; Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Warden and son, Tommy. Mr. and Mrs. George Guy and children, Phyllis Ann and George, jr., Mr. and Mrs. Walter Mahood, and son, Darrell of Whipple; Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Warden and children, Helen.
