HOREB (Special) —Mrs. Lawrence Swiggum, 77, died Friday, Aug. 9, in a Verona nursing home after a long illness.She was the former Nellie Grimstad and was married in 1927 to Lawrence Swiggum. Mrs. Swiggum was a member of Perry Lutheran Church and its Aid Society.Surviving are her husband; two sisters, Mrs. Herbert Christianson, Wausau, and Mrs. Theodore Rollef-son, Northwood, la.Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 12, in Perry Church.Friends may call at theGesme - Ellestad Funeral Home after 3 p.m. tomorrow.white. Mike Dunwiddie of Juda had a pink ribbon.Tim Sommers ewe lamb won a blue ribbon in Suffolk competition. Larry Sommers won a blue with his yearling ewe, Tom Sommers, red, and George Figi, pink.In aged ewe judging, Keith Haldiman had a third and Mike Dunwdddie, a red.Larry and Tim Sommers took second on yearling ewe lambs in Suffolk specials. They also had a fourth on ewe lamb and ram lamb.In beef competition, Karen Witt had a fifth place on a Hereford summer yearling steer.
